Sultanat is 19 years old. She has been diagnosed with mild intellectual disability with behavioral and emotional disturbances. She developed poorly: she was late in walking and was frequently ill. Sultanat has been registered with the Republican Center for Oncological and Pediatric Health (RCOPZD) since an early age and has undergone multiple treatments in day hospitals and rehabilitation centers, as well as therapy courses at the Psychology Center. In 2025, epileptic seizures were added to her existing difficulties. Despite all efforts, Sultanat requires another comprehensive rehabilitation course to overcome her developmental delays and stabilize her condition.
