Amira was born completely healthy and developed without any abnormalities until she was two months old. However, at two months old, she contracted meningitis, and since then, she has been battling the consequences of this disease for six years. Thanks to rehabilitation and leg surgeries, Amira has learned to stand, sit with support, crawl on her stomach, and speak 10-15 words. Her intelligence is intact, and doctors and rehabilitation specialists are confident that with diligent training, a full recovery is possible. However, to achieve this, Amira requires regular rehabilitation sessions. Unfortunately, her family is unable to afford these sessions.
