Little Madyar is fighting for his sight!

Madyar is just 2 years old. He was born at 30 weeks, weighing 1 600 g, in extremely critical condition. The boy has grade 5 retinopathy of prematurity. Madyar has already undergone three surgeries at the National Children’s Medical Centre of Uzbekistan. The doctors have done a lot to preserve and improve his vision, but further treatment requires additional therapy and monitoring. Despite the challenges, Madyar is growing up to be a curious and cheerful child. His brother is always by his side: he plays with the little one and helps him adapt to a world that’s still out of focus. The family is facing a serious financial shortfall for continuing the treatment. The parents are doing everything they can, but they can’t manage without your support.
