Umagan is 6 years old. She has mental and speech delays, as well as a behavioral disorder. Developmental changes began to become apparent around age three: she exhibits unprovoked tantrums and nervous tics. Umagan attends kindergarten but does not interact with other children. Currently, she lacks even the most basic skills of independence and speech comprehension. The girl has completed numerous rehabilitation courses, thanks to which she has learned to pronounce individual words and form a few simple sentences. However, Umagan needs continued rehabilitation to further develop her mental and speech skills. Unfortunately, her parents cannot afford this rehabilitation course.
