Riana has received new hearing aids!

Only at the beginning of this year six-year-old Riana was diagnosed with a hearing problem. The girl had several heart surgeries and till the age of four had a tracheostomy. When the tracheostomy was taken off, Riana got her long-awaited first words. But her speech wasn’t developing. Mother noticed that her girl could understand spoken speech partially, she watched cartoons only with a loud sound. After the examination Riana was diagnosed with the fourth-degree hearing loss. The doctors recommended hearing aid and classes with deaf teacher. The state provides only with the simplest basic models of hearing kits, which doesn’t work in noisy environment (in transport, on the street, in strong winds). In the hospital specialists picked up for Riana a more noise-suppressing hearing kit - model Хceed 3 BTE 110 SP. Unfortunately, this model is very expensive and not included in the list of free rehabilitation equipment. It is very important for Riana to hear this world to start rehabilitation with a deaf teacher, to develop speech and to go to school next year.
