Magomed is 7 years old. He has been diagnosed with atypical autism. He was born with hypoxia (oxygen deprivation) and had difficulty sleeping at night from an early age.
At 3 months, during a routine checkup, a neurologist noted developmental delays. Magomed started walking at 1.5 years old, and began saying his first words at 2.5 years old. However, at 2.5 years old, after receiving the DPT vaccine, amid a high fever and a severe allergic reaction (rash, hives), the child's development stalled: he gradually stopped talking, began hiding his eyes, covering his face with his hands in public, and began crying in public.
Since the age of 3, Magomed has been receiving special interventions: ABA therapy, speech therapy, and sensory therapy. Thanks to these efforts, his understanding of everyday language has improved and he has learned several new words.
Magomed currently requires a comprehensive rehabilitation program. Unfortunately, his parents are unable to pay for it themselves due to financial difficulties.
