Tikhon and Innokenty need portable concentrators

Little Tikhon is only a year and nine months old. Due to severe complications during childbirth, the boy was born without any signs of life. Doctors managed to resuscitate him, but the prolonged oxygen deprivation caused severe brain damage. Today, Tikhon needs regular medical monitoring and oxygen support – because of a large amount of mucus, his breathing remains labored and must be closely controlled. Tikhon's family dreams of getting a portable oxygen concentrator so they can travel to doctors' appointments with peace of mind. Svetlana, the boy's mother, says: "Right now, our consultations are done remotely: doctors monitor my son's breathing, oxygen saturation levels, and overall condition via video calls. But when an in-person examination is needed – for example, a tracheostomy tube change – we have to rent equipment. That's certainly expensive. With a portable device, it would be so much easier for us to visit doctors and even go for walks sometimes!" The same type of oxygen concentrator is also needed by Innokenty, another child under the care of the Paper Bird Charitable Foundation. We would be grateful if you could support Tikhon and Innokenty. Your help will give them the chance to travel, to go outside, and to enjoy peaceful days with their loved ones.
