The shelter currently houses 43 dogs in need of annual vaccination. One of the shelters has been in existence for more than 11 years, during which time 106 dogs have found new owners and their own home. There are only 47 dogs in the shelter now.
Spinal Scrubber lives in the shelter, he was rescued by volunteers after he was hit by a car. Fractured several vertebrae, traumatic brain injury and a broken leg. He underwent surgery, after which there was a long rehabilitation process. Now the Brush rides in a wheelchair and it doesn't bother him at all.
The sisters from the fields appeared at the orphanage quite suddenly. Buying straw in late autumn, the seller said that he was feeding two puppies in the fields. The volunteer couldn't refuse and followed them. One puppy was just lying like a rag due to pyroplasmosis. As it turned out, this is a girl, her paw was incorrectly formed in the womb and she has remained like this forever. The puppy was cured and named Paw, and her little sister, Viya.
