In her young life, the girl has already undergone several complex heart and spinal surgeries, along with lengthy treatment and intensive care. Despite all the doctors' efforts, Fatima continues to suffer severe consequences of her illness. She cannot stand or walk independently, has severe weakness in her lower extremities, delayed motor development, and severe musculoskeletal disorders. The girl is completely dependent on the constant care of adults and requires long-term, comprehensive rehabilitation. Fatima also requires a specialized standing frame. This will allow her to be safely positioned correctly, help reduce the risk of contractures and deformities, and will become an important part of her daily rehabilitation. Before her rehabilitation, Fatima will undergo a quota-based examination at the Almazov National Medical Research Center in St. Petersburg. After returning home, the family will travel to the Moscow region, where the girl will undergo rehabilitation at the "Three Sisters" center.
