Help the Plievs to renovate the house

There are 4 children in the Pliev family, three of them are schoolchildren, and the youngest child has cerebral palsy. Because of the boy's illness, the mother cannot work, because the baby needs constant care. The father works part-time to feed the family. The house is in a state of emergency: the roof is constantly leaking, which causes the ceiling in the rooms to collapse after the rain. It is not safe for children to live in such conditions.
