Yesenia was born on October 4, 2019 in Moscow to the family of Oksana and Dmitry. The parents had been expecting a child for a long time and after a long period of treatment the doctors informed them that they were expecting twins. The pregnancy proceeded normally, but in the 16th week Oksana was hospitalized for preservation. After some time Oksana had to be hospitalized again... Oxana gave birth to two girls, Yesenia with 690 grams and 31 cm in height and Kira with 740 grams and 34 cm in height. The children were taken to the NICU. On the second day, both girls hemorrhaged into the lungs and brain. They were transferred to high-frequency ventilatory ventilation... Of the two babies, only Yesenia survived. After some time, Esenia was diagnosed with retinopathy, an insidious eye disease that could very quickly rob a child of vision.
From that moment on Esenia and her parents were engaged in a lot of rehabilitation, therapy with Vojta and physical therapy. When she was one year old she was newly diagnosed with cerebral palsy (right-sided hemiparesis).
Recently the girl's parents had an opportunity to visit the famous ophthalmologist Dmitry Vladimirovich Miguel, who determined the cause of the decrease in vision. Dmitrijs said, that chemodenervation in 3 stages is necessary for Esenia, because the angle of strabismus has increased, the brain turns off the strongly squinting eye and the vision decreases. The hospitalization is scheduled on 21.12.2021.
The girl's parents applied to us for help in paying for the eye surgery.
