Suleiman is 6, 5 years old. At the age of 4, the boy was diagnosed with "Arnold-Chiari syndrome", "mental retardation", "attention deficit disorder with elements of autism spectrum disorder". Suleiman has problems with pronunciation of words and understanding of speech, rapid switching from one activity to another, there are attacks of self-aggression.
During the intensive rehabilitation course, Suleiman became more attentive and focused on classes, learned to distinguish and show basic colors, compare geometric shapes, navigate in space, learned the skill of "wait", which is very important for Suleiman, since he does not feel danger and can run out into the roadway. Due to the fact that the boy has disorders of musculoskeletal perception, a specialist in sensory integration focused on improving sensitivity and improving the work of the vestibular system. Suleiman's vocabulary was also replenished, he began to make requests for "bubbles", "throw", "swing", "twist" (with a visual hint). Also, work was carried out on the development of gaming activities and training in outdoor games (to drive a ball into the goal, badminton, etc.). An adaptive physical culture specialist taught Suleiman to ride a gyro scooter and roller skates. At the end of the course, the boy's parents were provided with an individual development program for Suleiman using the ABA method, as well as recommendations for the development of sensory systems at home.
