Patimat, a 16-year-old girl from Kyrgyzstan, needs our help.
Two years ago she was diagnosed with a tumor. The disease developed gradually. At first Patimat complained of lower back pain, but it was written off as inflammation. Serious symptoms came later: the girl began to limp. Her parents immediately went to the hospital, where they were diagnosed with a gigantocellular tumor of the pelvic bones. Initially, the doctors thought the tumor was benign.
After 3 months of treatment and follow-up examinations, the doctors suspected the tumor was malignant. To confirm or refute the suspicion, a biopsy was needed. Bone specimen sampling and examination will determine the further treatment plan.
In their homeland, they were advised to go to Moscow where they could find equipment and doctors who specialize in this field.
Patimat was now in the unknown. Without a precise diagnosis, the doctors could not find an effective way to cure the tumour. The girl hopes for the grace of Allah, and then the mercy of concerned people.
Let's support our sister in faith in her trial! If a Muslim can bring relief to another Muslim with his own hands, for the sake of Allah's pleasure he will do so selflessly and without hesitation for a second. Each one of you can be a ray of hope for Patimat!
The girl has a noble dream of graduating from a madrassa and teaching Islamic studies. She is very inquisitive and goal-oriented. After she overcomes the disease, she will be able to realize her dream and benefit the Ummah, if it is the will of the Almighty.
Take part in Patimat's fight against the tumor!
