Little Damirchik is 2.5 years old and has a delay in psychorechological development. He does not talk, does not react to the name and the addressed speech, does not make contact with adults and children.
Thanks to the funds collected, the boy attended daily classes with specialists for two months, and he has made significant progress in development.
A specialist in sensory integration worked to improve the boy's large and small motor skills, adjusted the work of the vestibular apparatus, made Damir begin to look into his eyes and respond to the name. At the beginning of the rehabilitation course, the boy refused to perform exercises on swings and hammocks, now he is calmly swinging and following the instructions of a specialist.
The adaptive sports coach carried out intensive work to teach Damirchik basic skills, since he did not know how to do anything at all. After a 2-month course of classes, the boy learned to run, jump, catch and throw a ball, crawl, overcome an obstacle course, pedal.
The aba-therapy specialist was working on the establishment of managerial control and the introduction of a token reward system, since Damir is very mobile and restless, and at the beginning of the course it was impossible to seat him at the table for classes. A week later, the boy was already sitting quietly at the table and began to follow the instructions of the specialist. Damirchik learned to perform simple motor actions on his own, sort objects, calmly give away objects and toys of interest to him, undesirable behavior significantly decreased. Work was also carried out on toilet training and the development of self-service skills.
