In 2019, thirteen-year-old Makhbubakhon was diagnosed with blood cancer. The girl underwent several courses of chemotherapy at the Republican Children's Clinical Hospital in Ufa. In 2020, at the clinic "Research Institute of Pediatric Oncology, Hematology and Transplantation named after A.I. R.M. Gorbacheva” in St. Petersburg, the girl underwent bone marrow transplantation, her older brother became a donor for her. Now it is important to track how the "new" bone marrow behaves in the girl's body. Every three months, she and her mother fly to St. Petersburg for a "check".
The fight against cancer is an incredibly difficult and lengthy process. Most often, patients and their parents have to go for treatment to the Federal Center from their native Bashkiria.
While the child is struggling with the diagnosis, only one parent can work in the family. All funds are spent on examinations and medicines. Alas, often a mother brings up a child alone. And children from large families undergo serious and long-term treatment.
There are too many situations when parents are not able to pay for air travel and because of this the child cannot get treatment on time. The No Loss Charitable Foundation supports such families (an average of 8 families a month) and helps pay for air travel so that children arrive on time to see doctors.
Let's help Makhbubakhon and the rest of the guys who are struggling with a serious illness. For them, this is a journey towards their own health.
Your donations will create miles of hope and a chance for a successful completion of treatment.
