7-year-old Sandro has delayed psychorechological development with autistic traits. The boy is selective in food, hyperactive, practically did not speak and did not contact other children and others.
After undergoing an intensive rehabilitation course, Sandro has made significant progress in his development!
Thanks to classes with an ava specialist, Sandro learned to formulate the phrase "I want...", before that he spoke only a few separate words and did not know how to ask. Work was also carried out on a two-component tact (adjective + noun), that is, the boy's speech began to become more conscious, and the vocabulary is much more diverse. The specialist paid a lot of attention to work on the understanding of speech, gave specific instructions in space and at the table. By the end of the rehabilitation course, Sandro accurately followed all the necessary instructions, as his level of understanding of the converted speech had significantly increased. The boy mastered such important instructions as "stop" and "wait", learned to sort items by category (for example, fruits, vegetables, clothes, etc.), perfectly imitates animal sounds, learned to ask to go to the toilet.
In classes with a sports instructor, Sandro mastered a treadmill, an elliptical simulator, an exercise bike, a blazerpod, learned to rollerblade and a gyro scooter. The boy stands confidently on the balance beam, performs exercises with a ball, a gymnastic stick, a hoop, jumps over barriers.
Taking a course of hyperbaric oxygen therapy and several courses of therapy using the Tomatis method helped Sandro improve his speech and cognitive abilities.
Also, a long-term individual development program was developed for Sandro, which contains specific recommendations for further work with the boy, exercises and approaches that will allow working on Sandro's development both in the classroom and at home.
