Pasha was born prematurely, weighing only 1,625 grams, and spent 10 days in the intensive care unit under the ventilator. Several times the baby stopped breathing. That's how difficult the boy's journey through life began.
At 9 months old he was diagnosed with cerebral palsy, DCD (delayed motor development), PDD (delayed mental and speech development).
Then there were added: Flat-valgus foot deformity, Convergent strabismus and other diseases.
Today Pavel is 10 years old.
He has years of rehabilitation and several surgeries under his belt.
Pavel is intellectually stable, speaks well, walks with a walker and canes, he is in third grade, he is home schooled and is dreaming of becoming a computer programmer.
Now his family is fighting for the ability to walk independently. There was an operation on his legs and removal of the plaster. And now Pavel needs intensive rehabilitation.
The family cannot afford to pay for the treatment by themselves, because only Pavel's father works, and his mother is taking care of him. The family lives in a rented apartment.
Let us help the boy undergo treatment and become one step closer to his dream - to walk!
