Due to the impossibility of the surgery for health reasons, the money collected for Asel was used to pay for Nazira and Andrei's surgeries.
On April 11, 2022 Tokeeva Nazira had a second heart surgery to replace a valve, because before the surgery she complained of shortness of breath and weakness with minor physical exertion, headaches, leg swelling. In November 2021 surgery was recommended, but was refused due to family circumstances. Post-operative period went with complications, and after a month of treatment Nazira was successfully discharged home on May 13, 2022.
Andrei Belous had been ill since childhood. He underwent heart surgery when he was nine years old. In the last 2-3 years, his condition worsened, and in February 2022, he was recommended surgery on his left thyroid lobe. He was then recommended emergency heart surgery, which was performed on April 29, 2022, and he was discharged home in satisfactory condition on May 12.
