Kimyohon's story is simply amazing. And equally amazing is her patience.
"Fine," is how the woman kept answering a question about how she was feeling. Yet Kimyohon was lying in a hospital bed after two operations: she had a premature baby by caesarean section and had her other kidney removed.
And not a single complaint.
How is that possible? She gave birth and lost her second kidney?
But it was her pregnancy and premature delivery that saved Kimyohon's life, as they were able to detect the benign tumours on her kidney that were about to burst.
The mother's saviour, Madina, is her third child; the woman gave birth to two other sons with only one kidney.
Now Kimyohon is waiting for a kidney transplant, perhaps her mother, sister or another relative will become a donor.
While waiting for the operation, without a kidney, it is vital to undergo haemodialysis three times a week, which is a fee for foreign nationals.
The husband works as a gardener and taxi driver, ready to take on any job. But he can't afford to save up enough money for his wife's treatment.
Let's help Kimyohon get the treatment she needs for her life!
