Little Ahmed has several disappointing diagnoses - delayed speech development, attention deficit disorder and hyperactivity. During intensive classes with a behavioral analyst, Ahmed learned to distinguish between two-component instructions in the noun-and-noun-verb and verb-noun-and-noun format, sort items from 5 different categories, arrange items by size in ascending order, simulate various two-component sequences of actions. The boy learned to name objects with two-syllable phrases of the "noun-and-noun-and-noun" format, which will allow him to further train more complex constructions to expand phrasal speech. Ahmed also observes the order in the lotto board game, waits for his turn without showing undesirable behavior, which is a very useful skill in communicating with peers. There is still a lot of work ahead, but the boy learns quickly and is ready to go forward!
