When Vladislav was 1.5 months old, he was diagnosed with Hepatoblastoma in the right lobe of the liver. This is the most frequently diagnosed malignant liver tumor in children, which occurs at an early age, mainly in the first year of life.
The baby spent almost the entire first year in the hospital, underwent two operations and 6 blocks of chemotherapy. Doctors managed to defeat the main disease.
But since the liver was affected, there was a surge of bilirubin in the blood, which had a toxic effect on the body, in particular affected the central nervous system. Subsequently, for the baby, this caused a delay in psychomotor and speech development.
Neurologists and oncologists recommended that the boy undergo rehabilitation as soon as possible, which will help to start the "sleeping" mental and motor processes. Then the boy will be able to hold his head, walk and talk on his own.
Thanks to you, the boy was rehabilitated at the "Beloved Baby" center. According to experts and mom, there is a positive trend: Vlad has learned to hold his head and turn over on his own. The boy has his first steps and words ahead of him.
