Little Hasan had a successful surgery, and his family is grateful to everyone!

Allanazarov Hasan was born on 20.10.2020 in Tashkent 12 weeks prematurely, weighing only 1.5 kilos at birth. After birth the baby was admitted to the intensive care unit, and a few days later from the maternity hospital he was transferred with his mother Zahra to the city perinatal hospital, where Hasan was treated for 45 days. The baby was treated at the hospital for a long time, and in December he was discharged, weighing 1,900 grams. But unfortunately, his eyes were badly hurt. At six months Hasan was diagnosed with retinopathy of prematurity level 4. The baby needed urgent surgery on his eyes. Such treatment is not yet available in Uzbekistan, the surgery could have been done in St. Petersburg for a fee. Hasan's father works in Tashkent at a bazaar, and his mother is at home raising Hasan and three other small children. The cost of the surgery was too high for the family, so the parents had to borrow money. Last May, surgeons from St. Petersburg performed the first stage of surgery on both of Hasan's eyes. It was successful, and the doctors have seen a positive trend. Now it is necessary to perform the second stage of the operation to save the baby's eyes and lay the foundation for their further development. But at the moment the family does not have the financial means to pay for this operation.
