Akylbek was 44 years old, and on examination he was diagnosed with chronic rheumatic heart disease. When he was admitted to the Research Institute of Surgery and Organ Transplantation, Akylbek's condition was assessed as moderately severe, with constant complaints of shortness of breath, weakness, heart pain and headaches. Given Akylbek's condition, doctors decided to urgently hospitalize him for a heart valve replacement surgery.
