Temirlan and Naima now have medicine!

Temirlan is 2 years old. He is a kind and cheerful little boy. "Even when he is sick, Temirlan smiles. No matter what," says his mother. As it happens, the baby spends a lot of time in hospitals. Doctors have diagnosed him with a congenital immunity disorder - primary immunodeficiency. This is the name given to a rare genetic breakdown that makes Temirlan unable to resist any infections. In just the first months after birth, he suffered several severe intestinal inflammations and pneumonias. Last spring, the baby had a bone marrow transplant from his father. The transplant was successful, but dangerous complications arose. The body rejected the donor cells, and the organs became inflamed. Doctors fought for Temirlan's life. And, fortunately, the baby made it. Now the child needs the expensive medicine Pozaconazole to fully recover and get stronger. Naima (2 years old, Ingushetia) is waiting for the medicine with the same diagnosis. We are collecting money for the medication and its delivery for Temirlan and Naima.
