Thanks to your donations, we bought a treadmill for the rehabilitation centre!

A children's rehabilitation centre needs to buy a treadmill. Our centre has only recently started, but already more than 60 children a month receive therapy here. Here children with diagnoses such as cerebral palsy and Down's syndrome are rehabilitated: cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, spina bifida. When a child comes to our centre, a consultation (orthopaedist, neurologist, speech therapist, psychologist) is carried out to determine the prognosis and tactics for medical rehabilitation. Then, according to an individual plan, the child will undergo exercises: physical therapy, bobath therapy, Vojta therapy and paraffin therapy. An orthopaedist, psychologist, speech therapist and massage therapist are also available. The rehabilitation centre is a non-profit organisation. Equipment may be purchased only by donations.
