Gulbarchyn is a mother of two minor children, and she needs urgent heart surgery. In 2015 she was diagnosed with rheumatic heart disease, and since then she has not been able to have an operation due to lack of money. Now Gulbarchyn is not feeling well; she has frequent attacks, headaches, joint pain, nausea, and swelling of her lower extremities.
