Raising children who have experienced orphanhood is difficult: such children tend to be very different from their "home" peers, often misbehave, may lie and not understand the obvious. The fault lies not with the children, but with the circumstances in which these children lived. Such children and their foster parents need help. Foster families come to the Support Center with a variety of problems: sometimes children can’t cope with the school program, and then a defectologist comes to help. In some families the child throws tantrums, fights and steals, and then a psychologist helps to understand the reasons and deal with the consequences. Sometimes the school does not want to meet the family's needs, does not help the child adapt, or does not provide the necessary program. And then a social worker has to intervene: a specialist patiently talks to the school administration and teachers, explains why it is necessary and how to help the child. Every family with foster children who contacts the Support Center will not go without help. But in order for families to get help, we need to pay rent for the Center. We are raising money for 2 months of rent for foster children and parenting classes. Let's give foster families the gift of regular help!
