Lobov's Smith House of Mercy wards received a supply of hygiene products!

In the village of Porechye-Rybnoye, Yaroslavl region, there is an unusual two-story house. It is a hospice. A place where they help the dying elderly spend their last days without pain or fear. Five years ago the House of Mercy was an old nursing home. Local residents tried to avoid this house - so scary and unpleasant it was. In 2018, the Faith Foundation began helping the House of Mercy. And it turned out that it was possible to do things differently. Make it so that people at the end of life are not scared, not in pain, and comfortable. There are 20 patients living in the hospice all the time, mostly very elderly people, grandmothers and grandfathers. Almost every patient needs diapers and disposable diapers. The staff at the Lobov House are very attentive and respectful in helping the elderly with hygiene, because it is so important to avoid skin irritations or bodily discomfort. In 2020, the hospice also opened an outreach service. At home, doctors are waiting for terminally ill people and lonely old people who cannot take care of themselves. Such patients also need diapers, diapers, cosmetics, toothbrushes and combs all the time.
