Rayana is 15 years old. She has cerebral palsy and a heart defect, severe urological problems, gastrointestinal problems, visual impairment and many other related conditions. Rayana is home-schooled, does well in all subjects and loves to read books. At her young age she has had three operations and many rehabilitation courses. She cannot hold her back and has heart and joint pain and shortness of breath. Rehabilitation courses are helping Rayana to improve her quality of life: she is learning to stand on her own with support and to take steps. Now Rayana needs to undergo an examination to determine further treatment and rehabilitation therapy. There are four children in the family, two of whom have disabilities. Frequent trips outside their home country for tests, treatment and medication are expensive. The family cannot afford to pay the expected costs alone. Let's help Rayna together!
