Ramil, 8, is a very smiling, cheerful and kind boy. Like almost all boys, he is fond of cars, likes to draw, and watches cartoons. But because of his early birth the boy has cerebral palsy and congenital hearing loss. At first, Ramil could not sit, crawl, or even turn over. But thanks to regular training he could crawl, sit with the support, get on all fours, and his hand motor skills improved. At one year of age, Ramil had a cochlear implant in his right ear. Every year since then, Ramil and his son went to the Hearing and Speech Center for Rehabilitation, and his hearing gradually improved, and speech began to emerge. But once a year is not enough to develop speech understanding, to form sentences correctly, to speak articulately. My mother cannot afford to pay for the treatment - she only receives a care allowance for a disabled child, and my father is not involved in Ramil's treatment after the divorce. Let's help Ramil continue his treatment at the Hearing and Speech Centre and give him a chance to live a full life and communicate!
