Timur is 3 years old. The boy developed within the normal limits, after 2 years, his mother noticed that speech had stopped developing, there was no concentration of attention and eye contact. Since the beginning of the introduction of complementary foods, Timur has had problems, now he refuses to try new products, does not eat vegetables and fruits in solid form. The neurologist was diagnosed with delayed speech development. At the beginning of rehabilitation, Timur did not interact with the teacher, did not look into the eyes and did not respond to the name. During intensive classes, the boy learned to cooperate with the teacher, calmly part with the motivational subject, began to turn to his name. The teacher worked on visual perception, motor imitation, alternative communication system using PECS cards. At the first lesson on sensory integration, a diagnosis was carried out to identify sensory disorders. This diagnosis showed that the boy has obvious disorders of the vestibular apparatus, proprioceptive sensitivity and dyspraxia. In the classroom, Timur showed himself as a hyperactive, uninterested child. The teacher selected a number of exercises to improve the vestibular perception and sensation of one's own body. By the end of this course, Timur has mastered the skills of attention retention when performing tasks and games. Impulsivity decreased and planned actions appeared. Timur also underwent 2 courses of bioacoustic correction of the brain and a course of hyperbaric oxygen therapy, which gave positive dynamics both in intellectual development and in the behavior of the boy, parents and experts note that Timur has become more calm, attentive and diligent.
