Aslan is 4 years old. At the age of 1.5, the boy lost speech and eye contact. He never got an index gesture and started having problems with eating. He was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
Aslan is a mobile child, in the first days of the course it was difficult to make contact. After the diagnosis, the boy was found to have a low level of visual and effective thinking, he did not follow the instructions. Aslan did not tolerate swings, carousels, etc., the vestibular control of the body was violated (there were staggers), social and household skills were absent.
Well-chosen classes made it possible to fill the deficit of the muscular and tactile system, a partial adaptive response appeared. The boy began to swing on the swing, up and down the steps. Aslan also has a desire for self-service (to wear shoes and partially clothes).
During the rehabilitation course, work continued on requests (PECS alternative communication system). Aslan learned to ask for the desired object with the help of cards. The aba-therapy specialist was working on the distinction between stimuli, instructions without a subject and with a subject.
Hardware techniques have given positive dynamics both in intellectual development and in the behavior of the boy.
