Samira has a disorder of psychological development, general underdevelopment of speech of the 1st level with a disorder of behavior and emotions, congenital malformations of the brain: a malformation of the cerebral cortex, pachygyria/lissencephaly combined with polymicrogyria, hypotonic muscular dystonia syndrome, left-sided sensorineural hearing loss of the 4th degree. Since birth, the girl had a cyst, and medication was carried out for up to a year. In a year and 2 months, Samira had pneumonia, after that there was a rollback in development, she stopped talking, became withdrawn. Samira will soon be 5 years old, she regularly undergoes medication. But she does not speak yet, she partially understands the converted speech. There are problems in behavior, laughing and crying for no reason, spinning in one place, looking at the ceiling, always looking away. He does not play with other children, there is no sense of fear, he can go out on the road or run away. Does not distinguish between relatives and strangers. The girl needs to undergo an intensive rehabilitation course, including classes with specialists in the field of applied behavior analysis, sensory integration, adaptive physical culture, as well as courses of bioacoustic correction of the brain and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. An individual development program using the ABA method will also be developed for Samira. This course will give the necessary impetus for cognitive and physical development, will allow you to correct unwanted behavior and improve the skills necessary for everyday life.
