As part of the rehabilitation course, Maria performed various exercises that helped her restore muscle tone and improve coordination of movements. She studied under the guidance of experienced specialists who developed an individual training program for her , taking into account her characteristics and needs. One of the main areas of work with Maria's goal was to strengthen the muscles of her back and legs. Specialists used various exercises on simulators, as well as stretching and massage techniques to restore and strengthen muscles that had weakened after a sharp growth spurt. In the first classes, many exercises were difficult for Masha, but at the end of the course, as a result of hard work and constant training, the girl could easily perform them. It came to an understanding of which and how muscle groups to "turn on" when performing different movements.
