In our world, every individual deserves a chance for self-realization, regardless of their unique characteristics. However, for young people with disabilities, the opportunity to find employment often becomes unattainable. We would like to share with you the story of Vadim – a young man with developmental delays who, despite all the challenges, strives to be a valuable member of society and achieve independence. Vadim is a true fighter! With health limitations (2nd group of disability), he does not allow them to become obstacles on his path. He sincerely believes in his ability to contribute to society, and his powerful thirst for independence serves as an inspiration to all of us. However, the reality is that for young people like Vadim, finding employment becomes a real challenge. There are far fewer job opportunities suitable for Vadim and other individuals with disabilities than there is a need for them. Our foundation has hired Vadim, providing him with suitable working conditions and a job that aligns with his abilities and interests. Vadim's constant smile and willingness to take on any task have won our hearts, and he is already an integral part of our team. We invite you to support Vadim and help us raise funds for his first paycheck. The funds collected will cover Vadim's wages and also facilitate him obtaining the necessary permits to work in food service establishments.
