When Dasha was just born, doctors suspected two serious diagnoses - epidermolysis bullosa (EB) and ichthyosis. Genetic analysis showed that the girl has epideromolytic ichthyosis - a disease in which the symptoms of ichthyosis - dryness, peeling, thickening of the skin - are combined with signs of BE - blisters and wounds.
Today, looking at the 7-year-old Dasha, only looking closely, we can assume that she has a dermatological diagnosis. All this is due to the fact that the girl's family painstakingly cares for her skin every day. A complex multi-component care regimen includes baths, exfoliation procedures, the use of special moisturizers - emollients and much more.
The cost of care products needed by one patient with such a diagnosis can reach several hundred thousand rubles a month!
The Butterfly Children Foundation is launching a collection for Dasha's skin care products to keep her skin in good condition. This will allow the girl to feel better, go out with friends more often and be an active child.
Let's support Dasha and her family together, allowing her to continue the much-needed care procedures for the girl!
