Polina is 13 years old, by this age the girl has been through a lot. Polina has multiple malformations of the central nervous system, spinal splitting and hydrocephalus. Because of her severe illnesses she was abandoned in the maternity hospital, but her foster mom Irina took Polina into her family and has been fighting for her health every day since then. Polina has survived several difficult surgeries, regularly undergoes rehabilitation, and works out at home every day. Now the girl, albeit for a short time, can walk independently, hold her body, and swim. She also loves to draw! A year ago Polina had a surgery and now she needs another rehabilitation, where she will have a course of restorative exercises to strengthen her muscles and control her body.
