Elmira has cerebral palsy. Since birth, the girl has suffered from it and other serious concomitant diseases, including epilepsy. She doesn’t walk or talk, but Elmira’s mother doesn’t despair and tries to lead an active lifestyle. But, unfortunately, you can’t do without medications. The girl needs expensive medications on an ongoing basis to maintain her health and relieve serious conditions. Mom is raising Elmira alone. Buying all the necessary medications is a huge financial burden for a small family.
