Maryam was born prematurely at 26 weeks, so she had a 3-4 degree hemorrhage and retinal detachment (retinopathy). At 1.5 years old, after numerous examinations, the diagnosis of cerebral palsy was confirmed. Maryam is now 6 years old and has come a long way during this time. At the moment, thanks to rehabilitation, she can crawl like a plast and her intelligence is preserved. This rehabilitation will help girl consolidate her acquired skills and acquire new ones, strengthen her back, hold her body more confidently and perhaps she will be able to take her first steps.
