Eight-year-old Elmira has a fourth-degree hearing loss. From early childhood she reacted only to loud sounds and hardly spoke. The first words appeared with the first hearing aids two years ago. But with time they became outdated, extraneous noises appeared. Elmira could hear her teachers at lessons and her parents at home more and more poorly every day.
