During the day at the hospital volunteers help, at night the ward is left without adults. Quarantine has shown how defenseless the system is in front of force majeure - volunteers could no longer come, and it was very difficult for the kids to recover without additional attention from adults. The head doctor of the hospital asked us to install a video surveillance system in the orphanage wards so that the staff could react quickly to various signals coming from these wards. It is a kind of baby monitor that mommy needs even with one child at home. The chief physician explained to us that the hospital had only been allocated funding for a video surveillance system around the perimeter of the building; unfortunately, no funding was provided for the orphanage wards.
