Abdul-Malik is about to turn 8 years old. Until the age of two, the boy developed within the normal range, but after that he began to show developmental abnormalities. The child lost all his vocabulary. He began to have tantrums, lost eye contact, became selective in eating, and became withdrawn. Abdul-Malik was diagnosed with mental and speech developmental delay. To cope with behavioural and speech difficulties, Abdul-Malik needs a rehabilitation course.
