Elshod underwent vision surgery

Elshod was born prematurely. At 5 months of age he was diagnosed with retinopathy of prematurity of the fifth and final stage. The boy needed an operation, and with your help we managed to perform it! Elshod underwent a retroscleropen procedure to improve the blood supply to the optic nerve and retina, thus keeping them stable or even improving them. The doctors will monitor Elshod's vision and make sure that the eye grows and develops according to age. We used the rest of the money from the surgery to pay for the operation to correct Nastasia's strabismus. The girl has already undergone two stages of surgical treatment, and with your help the third stage was carried out. Strabismus is one of the sad consequences of hydrocephalus - the girl acquired it in utero. For 6 years of her life she has passed many doctors, but she has not become afraid of people, on the contrary, she is growing up a sociable child.
