Thanks to your responsiveness and kindness Khadija has undergone a rehabilitation course for speech development.

We would like to thank you very much for your support and help to our little ward Khadija. Khadija was born with a congenital heart defect, which led to a long stay on artificial ventilation and subsequent surgery. Despite all the difficulties, she was only able to start walking independently at the age of three after undergoing many courses of rehabilitation. However, when it seemed that all the problems were behind her, she was diagnosed with sensorineural hearing loss. In order to restore her hearing, Khadija underwent cochlear implantation. However, cochlear implantation alone does not immediately enable deaf children to use speech for communicative purposes. In order to develop her hearing perception and use the new sound signals for speech development, Khadija had to undergo a specialised rehabilitation course. Thanks to your help, the girl was able to complete this course and improve her health. We hope that your support will help her to overcome all the difficulties and live a full life.
