Together we have helped Matin get chemotherapy!

Two–year-old Matin is a charming and smiley child. Just like most boys his age, his passion is toy cars. He also loves cartoons and taking walks with his mother outside. A few months ago, Matin began acting up a lot: crying without reason. The boy also began to stagger while walking, often falling and clutching his head. His worried parents decided to consult a doctor in order to get to the bottom of these symptoms. An MRI scan revealed a brain tumor and hydrocephalus. This diagnosis was followed by a complex treatment: a surgery to remove the tumor and install a special drainage mechanism to normalize the circulation of cerebrospinal fluid. An Ommaya reservoir was installed - a soft plastic device for injecting medication directly into the ventricles of the patient's brain, allowing them to be absorbed more efficiently. Finally, Matin was prescribed chemotherapy. As of right now, a new course of chemotherapy lies ahead for the child. Let's support Matin together on his path to recovery, and help him get a chance to return to a carefree childhood. Each month, the Foundation helps approximately 12 wards receive chemotherapy.
