4 families received bandages to protect the skin of newborns!

Baby Agatha is only 6 months old. She is a "butterfly": the girl has a rare genetic skin disease — epidermolysis bullosa, the skin is vulnerable, like a butterfly's wing. It is very important to properly care for the skin and make bandages with special bandages. The difficulty is that their cost is very high. Agatha's mother shared: "I learned how to take care of Agatha, make proper bandages, and I taught my dad this too. When we saw the amount of bandages needed, we realized that this was an unbearable expense for our family. It was very psychologically difficult. Agatha's dad couldn't stand it and left us, we were left alone in the fight against the disease. I'm afraid to imagine what will happen next, because Agatha is growing and we need more and more dressings". For the past 13 years, the Butterfly Children Charity Foundation has been helping patients with epidermolysis bullosa. The Foundation's doctors support parents from the first days of life, teach the baby's parents how to properly care for the skin and make bandages. Parents also receive a "newborn box" from the Foundation, which includes medical devices necessary for the first time, their cost is unaffordable for most families. Agatha and three other wards of the Foundation need help. We are opening a gathering for Children's Day. These funds will be used to purchase bandages for newborn wards of the Foundation. Together we can help the little "butterflies" grow up, and their parents feel that there is support!
