Abdullah was born in March 2020, at such a difficult time for the world, and is the youngest eighth child in a large family. His oldest sister and brother are wheelchair users due to disabilities. Another of his sisters suffers from organic emotional labile asthenic disorder. Abdullah himself struggles with mental developmental delay (MDD).
All the children are regularly treated at the Centre for Speech Pathology in Yoshkar-Ola, and thanks to this they have seen marked improvements. The doctors recommend that Abdulla be taken for treatment every 3 months.
Now Abdullah has to go to the next rehabilitation, which will last 12 days. He will be examined daily by a neurologist and will also receive care from the nursing and medical staff in the in-patient department. The centre has issued a call for another course of treatment, which is scheduled for 24 June 2024.
Abdullah's family approached us for help in paying for his treatment and travelling expenses. They have a long and distant journey ahead of them. At the moment the airport of Yoshkar-Ola is not working due to repair works, it is planned to be opened only at the end of November 2024 and the nearest city, through which you can get to the desired place by air transport, is Cheboksary. Cheboksary.
