Autumn will soon come, and villagers will start preparing for winter and cold weather. This includes our beneficiaries - families in difficult life situations from the Smolensk region. Most of them live in old, poorly insulated houses without gas boilers and are heated with wood stoves. Therefore, the only way to keep warm is to make a stock of firewood for the winter. But not every family can prepare for the onset of cold weather. Often our beneficiaries, who for various reasons found themselves in a difficult life situation, do not have the opportunity to buy firewood for the heating season. At the same time, a cold house can become a reason for removing a child to an orphanage. The “Our Children” Foundation helps the families under its care to prepare for the cold weather so that the children stay with their parents and never end up in an orphanage! Now 10 families from the Smolensk region need support. Each of them needs to buy 5 cubes of firewood for the heating season. Let's together give the families warmth to keep the children at home!
