The young man underwent a series of orthopedic surgeries to improve the condition of his muscles, ligaments, and joints in the state of cerebral palsy.
After the surgery, he needs a professional set of rehabilitation exercises and re-training to re-learn the lost skills of independent walking and performing the necessary self-care actions.
Slava spent 18 treatment days at the Sakura Medical Center in Chelyabinsk. The intensive loads of the rehabilitation course bore fruit.
Slava maintains his balance well, has become stronger, and has pumped up his muscles. The young man has learned to walk again more steadily and confidently. This allows him to cover long distances, for example, to the university for study and back.
His arms have straightened and become more mobile. Now it is easier and more convenient to hold a pen, spoon, fork. His hands hold objects more firmly and drop them much less often. For a person with cerebral palsy, this is a great achievement.
Slava continues to exercise outside the walls of the medical center. Regular swimming and gym sessions are planned.
All this improves the young man's quality of life and makes him less dependent on the daily help of others.
Пусть Слава поправляется поскорее!
