Two-year-old Rayan is an incredibly active, inquisitive and smiling boy. He already talks a lot, knows all the numbers in Russian and English and loves to play with cars. He looks like an ordinary child, but the way this little boy made to normal life was difficult. At six months old, Rayan was diagnosed with primary immunodeficiency - a congenital breakdown in the genes of the immune system. This disease makes the boy completely defenseless against infections and pathologically affects the work of many body systems. Last year Rayan underwent a bone marrow transplant - it was the only way to stop the development of dangerous complications. Some of the donor cells successfully took root, but, unfortunately, a graft versus host reaction occurred - the skin was severely affected, multiple rashes and inflammations formed. To suppress rejection, Rayan needs a course of antifungal and immunosuppressive therapy. Dear tubers, we are opening a collection to pay for life-saving medication for baby Rayan.
